7. Personalised & Custom Orders
All personalised and custom orders are made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. Please double-check spelling and details before submitting your order. If your personalised product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
