At The Bunny Hat, we aim to process and deliver your order promptly and transparently. Please review the details below regarding processing times, delivery estimates, tracking options, charges, and important terms for UK and international deliveries.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically prepared within 1–5 business days after payment and personalisation (if applicable) are confirmed.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays. Business days are Monday–Friday.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping Services & Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch. Times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, strikes, peak-season volumes or customs processing. Final options and costs are shown at checkout based on destination, weight and service availability.
- UK – 48 Hour Tracked: approx. 2–3 business days | £3.99
- UK – 1 Day Tracked: approx. 1–2 business days (prioritised handling) | £9.99
- International – Tracked (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): approx. 3–17 business days | £26.99
- Europe (Non-EU) – Standard: approx. 3–11 business days | £16.99

Order Tracking
- If you select a tracked service, your dispatch email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.
- Some standard services may provide limited tracking (e.g., dispatch and delivery confirmation only).

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected non-EU international destinations (including the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and may be collected by the carrier or local authority. Customs inspection can extend delivery times; this is outside our control.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, we can re-ship once additional postage is paid, or refund the product price (shipping is non-refundable) where applicable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our carriers, delays and losses can occasionally occur. If you believe your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@thebunnyhat.co.uk with your order number. We’ll help raise a query or investigation with the courier. Please allow the carrier’s required waiting period for investigations before a replacement/refund can be issued.
Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 14 working days of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue

Personalised Orders & Returns
